You must create an account to access certain Services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Flixiy may suspend or terminate accounts in case of a violation of these Terms.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is determined based on the terms agreed upon between Flixiy and the client.
Payments must be made according to the billing schedule set by Flixiy.
Late payments may result in fines or service suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content (software, text, logos) is owned by Flixiy and protected under intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the data you upload, but you grant Flixiy a license to use it to provide the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Flixiy is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Services. The Services are provided “as is” without any warranties.

7. Termination

Flixiy reserves the right to terminate access to the Services in case of violations or at its discretion. Upon termination, you must cease using the Services.

8. Modifications

Flixiy reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
