The quotation shows the city, storage type, temperature and volume; every additional service with its unit of charge and price; and the contract term, billing cycle and payment terms.

Sign digitally
We issue the contract ready for signature. What is then executed is tied to the signed contract.

We activate your storage space
We add your storage space in the assigned warehouse, and it appears in your account with all its key details.

Start inbound
Send inbound requests according to the agreed policy. The warehouse receives the goods, matches them against your request and confirms receipt, recording any differences clearly.

Control dispatch and follow every step
Send dispatch requests and track them until the goods leave.

Review the reports
Monitor your product balances, their movement and their expiry dates, along with the storage space used and the services performed, and reconcile your invoice against what was actually executed.
The reports are available in your account at any time, and export to Excel or PDF.
