Two things to begin with: the material's customs tariff code (HS Code) and its safety data sheet (SDS). Those tell us which authority grants the import permit and what class of warehouse is required. After that we ask for the temperature, the packaging form, the quantity and the city, so we can identify the space and issue the offer.

Do you store both hazardous and non-hazardous materials?
